Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Affiliate Program of HR Playbook Summit ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which individuals or entities ("Affiliates," "you," or "your") may participate in our Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Eligibility Requirements
- Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
- You must operate a website, blog, social media profile, or other channels approved by us for promoting our products/services.
- We reserve the right to decline applications for any reason, without needing to disclose our reasons.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for actively promoting HR Playbook Summit products/services through honest and ethical practices.
- Prohibited Practices:
- No spam, unsolicited emails, misleading claims, or any promotional methods that are illegal in Nigeria.
- No misleading advertising or misrepresenting our products/services.
- Content Guidelines: Content must align with our brand and be accurate, relevant, and professional.

3. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a percentage commission on qualifying sales through their referral links. Commission rate is as pre-agreed with the affiliate and as seen on the affiliate's dashboard. Material changes to this must be as agreed in writing
- Qualifying Sales: Commissions apply only to sales tracked through unique affiliate links and verified by our system. Sales must be completed and not refunded or disputed.
- Payment Thresholds: Payments are made on monthly basis.

4. Affiliate Link Usage
- Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral link.
- You must use only your designated link; sharing or reassigning it to another affiliate or third party is prohibited.

5. Payments
- Payment Method: Payments are made through Bank Transfer/ Paystack.
- Currency: All payments will be issued in Nigerian Naira (₦).
- Timing: Commissions are paid 30 days after a sale to account for any refunds or chargebacks.

6. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logo, brand name, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products/services.
- Unauthorized or unapproved alterations to our logos, brand names, or materials are prohibited.

7. Termination
- Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your participation by giving us written notice.
- Termination by Us: We may terminate your participation at any time, without notice, if you breach any terms in this Agreement, engage in prohibited practices, or if we decide to discontinue the Affiliate Program.
- Post-Termination Obligations: Upon termination, you will stop using our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials and discontinue any representation as an affiliate of HR Playbook Summit.

8. Limitations of Liability
- HR Playbook Summit of Primer PSL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
- We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access to our Affiliate Program or website and are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or lost commissions.

9. Modification of Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.

10. Confidentiality
- Affiliates agree to keep all non-public information confidential, including sales data, customer details, and other proprietary information provided by Primer PSL/ HR Playbook Summit for the purpose of the Affiliate Program.

11. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
